Nice Eats + Great Style

Here in Asheville we have no lack of fantastic restaurants.....but these guys at The Junction in the River Arts District really make a stylist's heart go thumpity thump with their lovely plates! I am so ready to spend a sunny day having their freshly made sippers and treats that I might have to change the clocks to help 5:00 arrive a smidge early. Wink wink.

Black and White Sketches

My new app "Sketch Me" has me down the proverbial rabbit hole transforming my photos into black and white portraits! It really makes you look at your photos with a different eye....and allows me to play Picasso!

Gypsy Rose

My Momma used to send me back to my room daily with the instruction that I must take at least one piece of the stacks of jewelry off because I would look like Gypsy Rose. Heck, some instructions never stuck!

Spring Project

So Saturday morning my husband is commonly awakened to me with wide open eyes and a big list :-)! We both love projects (right, Guy???) and this Saturday we had a gorgeous day to get a jump on the new garden and fire pit hangout area. I'm so mad I did not take a before as it was dramatic! We still are deciding on growing grass through the stones or gravel....thoughts?

Dream Pop

I am seriously in love with my latest find in the Styling/Propping/Might Sell department!! Dream soda pop bottles. This southern girl grew up with every drink being referred to as do you want a Coke?? Gosh, if only I had been offered a Dream....

Lost & Foundry gets legs.

So, I am currently in the process of working to bring the Lost & Foundry website to life! So exciting! I am working with a dear friend an amazing graphic designer Heather Hayes who is apparently my personal mind reader. I have always had a love for creating something from many pieces to make it look a certain way as a whole....whether a room , house, party, an outfit or a disparate couple of items in the frig. So keep your eyes open the good stuff is coming....in the meantime just a little spring eye candy to celebrate what is to come!
